My dog Cain changed my life, but my world was forever changed when I lost him to cancer. Love Grows is dedicated to Cain, and all dogs that have succumbed to cancer, and to those that continue to battle and win.

In addition to creating a fund in Cain’s memory, the net proceeds from Love Grows are donated to organizations that research & treat canine cancer, non-profits that provide funding & support for canine cancer research, and non-profits that provide financial support to families who cannot afford cancer treatment for their pets.

*Since this is the only dream that I have had, I continue to play it over and over in my mind. Perhaps this is a message from Cain meant to be my constant reminder of his love, and of the thousands of dogs that have battled or are battling cancer. Dogs that share or have shared our lives, all flowing gently in a quiet field of beautiful flowers. I like to think this is Cain’s way of telling me that this is all that I need, and he will always be here for me. The dream has painted an incredible picture of love in my mind with millions of beautiful flowers for as far as the eye can see.

Cain was my very best friend, and his presence is still so strong that there are days that I walk through the door expecting to be greeted by that great big bully grin. Perhaps he’s playing with me the only way that he can, so for now I’ll plant a beautiful memory until we meet again.
