September brought another camping trip with my dad as Cain and I accompanied him to Manitou Springs. Cain didn’t seem quite himself and though he seemed excited to go, things just didn’t feel the same as past trips.
He now has runny eyes and a cough which seems to be getting worse, especially in the middle of the night. I’ll make an appointment for x-rays to check the progress of the tumor and try to rule out any pain he may be in.
